Complex functional – aesthetic rehabilitation of the whole jaw

The problem of inadequate function.
Case planned by DSD – Digital Smile Design, wax-up and mock-up of all teeth.

With the functional wax-up we obtained a definitive solution of both jaws, in CR (centric relation), on the basis of which the phases of work were determined:

• Conservative – dental treatment
• Endodontics
• Implant treatment
• Zirconium oxide ceramic crown (zircon ceramics)

We have achieved biological-functional and aesthetic harmony.
