Unique first D examination and digital diagnostics
Before the implant placement procedure, a unique first D examination is extremely important to us, so that based on the obtained results of X-ray and 3D diagnostics, CT and panoramic images, detailed photo & video analysis of your current oral condition and the condition of the dental jaw, i.e. bone, so that they can plan the next step of a dental implant placement procedure.

Dental implant placement procedure
Once all the conditions for the implant placement procedure are met, i.e. the jawbone is of sufficient volume, we begin a routine surgical procedure that does not last long and is performed under local anesthesia, which is why it is completely painless, safe and minimally uncomfortable for the patient. With Dr. Daniel and the Dentorium team, you are always in professional and safe conditions, and we educate you about every step of the planned implant treatment and take care of your recovery together with you.

Upgrade or abutment
It takes approximately 3 to 6 months for the implant to fuse with the jawbone, and the patient is cared for with a temporary prosthetic solution during this entire time. The next step is the placement of the gingivoformer or extension, which is used to shape the gums for the final work, a dental implant.

Recovery and the beginning of your transformation
After a successful recovery, we approach the last step in the implant placement procedure. We place a crown or a dental bridge on the dental implant. The end of the procedure and the beginning of your unique transformation!

ALL ON 4 and ALL ON 6 concepts
ALL ON 4 & ALL ON 6 are revolutionary solutions for all patients with total toothlessness and lack of bone. Unlike removable prostheses, in All on 4 or All on 6 concepts, the solution brings a fixed prosthesis – dental bridge on implants that will forever remove problems with chewing and digesting food. A fixed dental bridge is placed on 4 (All on 4) and 6 (All on 6) implants, it depends on the patient’s bone volume. All on 4 I 6 systems are a perfect choice for patients with a toothless jaw because by placing only 4 or 6 implants you are compensating for lost teeth, recovering the functionality and the aesthetics of the teeth and completely restoring the damaged self-confidence.
Painless, safe procedures
Although these surgical procedures may seem complicated and painful, you don’t have to worry because they are performed under local anaesthesia, therefore the procedure is painless, and you are in the safe hand of the entire Dentorium team. The duration of the All on 4 or All on 6 treatment depends on the patient’s needs and the number of implants being placed. However, before the procedure we will make an assessment and arrange the duration of the treatment with you, as well as provide you with maximum commitment when it comes to solving your problem. After the procedure, you will get a temporary solution, i.e., a replacement that you will need to carry for approximately 3 months, until the end of the treatment when we will be placing the permanent prosthetic solution – a fixed dental bridge on implants.
When placing All on 4 and All on 6 systems, it is not necessary to treat the lost bone volume with additional surgical procedures such as sinus lift or bone augmentation.
Sinus lift and bone augmentation
Before placing an implant, it is necessary to inspect the condition of the bone and the position of the sinus in the place where the missing tooth needs to be replaced. This is one of the most important steps after which we perform sinus lift or bone augmentation, i.e., we restore the lost bone volume in order to successfully place a dental implant.
Sinus lift
Sinus lift is a fast and painless routine procedure performed in patients whose sinus floor obstructs the area needed for placing an implant. By lifting the sinus, we create extra space, filling it with artificial bone to achieve complete ossification. The treatment is often long, but it is worthwhile thanks to the ultimate functional-aesthetic result.
Bone augmentation
Bone augmentation is actually a surgical procedure that includes replacement of the bone that we need in order to provide a solid foundation for the successful placement of a dental implant. We restore volume and density in patients who have lost bone tissue in the case of a long-term lack of teeth or during the healing of a wound during a tooth extraction procedure.
Healing processes are different in every patient, and they can last from 4 to up to 9 months, but we are here for you during the entire process.
