Complex Functional – Prosthetic – Aesthetic Rehabilitation

This case was planned using DSD – Digital Smile Design, allowing us to determine the future smile design and treatment phases. The video below shows the trial of the final work (mock-up) before the actual therapy begins.

The treatment plan included health, surgical, and prosthetic phases:

• Aesthetic restorations and dental treatment
• Implants
• Full ceramic crowns

Inadequate function and tooth positioning affected the joints and overall function, leading to aesthetic issues. One of the challenges and goals of this therapy was to restore a healthy, natural look and harmonized functional parameters.

With the final solution, we achieved a balance of biology, function, and aesthetics, ensuring long-term stability and a result we are extremely satisfied with.
