Therapy and work phases are planned with the help of DSD – Digital Smile Design
The video below shows a mock up / testing of a future smile, allowing us to control new tooth positions and specify gingivectomy measures.
Stages of theraphy in chronological order:
- Dental / endodontic treatment and aesthetic reconstructions
- Gingivectomy to balance the height of the gingiva (pink aesthetics)
- Zirconium oxide bridge with Bio-Mimetic layering of ceramics
The goal of this therapy was to achieve a balance between white and pink aesthetics (soft tissues and teeth), long-term stability and harmony of smile. Adherence to the rules and relations of biology- function – aesthetics is a prerequisite for restoring the harmony of the smile and long-term stable function of the teeth.
