Complex functional aesthetic rehabilitation of the whole jaw

The prosthetic solution was preceded by orthodontic therapy. The case is planned with DSD – Digital Smile Design, wax-up and mock-up of all teeth. Video below, before the start of the therapy.

With the functional wax-up, we obtained a definitive solution of both jaws in the CR (centric relation), the basis of which the phases of work were determined:

• gingivectomy (gingival balance microsurgery)
• crowns of pure ceramics and two three-member zirconium oxide bridges

With the final solution, we got the harmony of the function and aesthetics of the smile.
